Routledge recently released the anthology The Routledge Handbook of Graffiti and Street Art. Peter wrote a chapter entitled "Stealing from the public. The value of street art taken from the street" for the book.
The chapter examines the implications of the removal of and attempted trade in artworks from the street. It discusses the market reception of removed artworks, the issue of site specificity as well as the possible benefits of preserving street artworks.
