Teaching – spring semester 2021
The Covid-19 pandemic continues to affect our education and most of the teaching must take place completely digitally until further notice. Pay attention to the information in the schedule and/or in Canvas – the information is continuously adjusted based on current decisions and recommendations.
The course is based on field studies and visits to important places of interest, museums, archives, libraries, laboratories, etc., which will give us a glimpse behind the scenes. We will visit places from the middle ages to the present time, even into the future. The course is multidisciplinary and discusses art, architecture, objects, ideas, science, and other topics that in all forms a university. You will after this course have a richer understanding of Lund and its university, how it has emerged since the 17th century and how it has been formed in a global world.
