I am Senior Lecturer and Reader at the Department of Arts and Cultural Science and teach classes in archival studies, ethnology and cultural analysis. I am coordinating the Master’s programme in Archival Studies, Library and Information Studies, and Museum Studies, ALM. Previously I have been an archivist at the Folklife Archives and Coordinator of MACA, Master of Applied Cultural Analysis. In 2022-2024 I was Research Coordinator at the Swedish Railway Museum in Gävle. My research interests include transport history with a focus on railways and cycling as well as parenting and family, working life, collectors and collecting, rituals, games and personal names and identity. I am interested in everyday life and the meaning of the seemingly mundane and ordinary, aiming to understand how people create meaning and significance and why they do what they do. My current project is called Railway Buffs. Commitment and Knowledge among Train and Railway Enthusiasts.

In the Research Portal you can search and find information about all active researchers, units, publications, projects, infrastructures, and more, to get an overview of Lund University research.
