I have a PhD in Comparative Literature, specialising in Intermedial Studies (2021) and a background in literatures, languages, and anthropology. In my research, I try to understand the dynamics and politics of difference and diversity in intermedial and intercultural communication. I have a special interest in autobiographical narratives, documentary media and activist authorships and study a wide range of media and genres including comics, literary fiction, social media, and film.

At Lund University, I teach courses and supervise theses in Intermedial Studies and film studies, among other topics.
