My research interests are in the intersection between intellectual history, philosophy and science studies. I have been visiting professor longer periods at Berkeley University, and invited guest professor in Norway, Denmark, France, United Kingdom, Germany,US, Japan, Portugal and Spain. In addition, I have been initiating and running Lund University Seminar in Science and Technology Studies with focus on knowledge production in the 21th century Europe.
My new project is about theory of history: “Does history of theory need an anthropology? Reflections on Reinhart Koselleck's 'Historik'." Focus is on Kosellecks general intentions, to formulate a theory of history (not philosophy of history). 'Begriffsgeschichte' was the method, not the final result. The project connects to my long - term interests in the conditions for the humanities shaped by a historicistic discourse, during the later decades entangled in ideas about post-democracy and post-science.
In the Research Portal you can search and find information about all active researchers, units, publications, projects, infrastructures, and more, to get an overview of Lund University research.
